Cadet Manufacturing Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

Employees will be joining the Engineering Rotation Program for fresh graduates who are interested in rotating through Engineer roles across core business functions in ON Semiconductor Vietnam.
If accepted, you will have the opportunity to serve 14 month rotations by joining projects through four of our core business divisions including Engineering, Operations, NPD, Industrial Engineering, Product and Reliability Lab.
Employee will have opportunity to choose the permanent department that they will be working in upon completion of the projects and program
During the rotation duration, employees will be provided necessary technical, soft-skill and leadership training courses as well as English program to be comprehensive development

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Fresh graduate engineers with major: Electrical / Electric, Industrial Electric / Mechatronics / Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Product Engineering
GPA score: 7/10 or score B and above
Interests and good attitude in learning
Good School Performance and career mindsets
Good knowledge in interpersonal communication
Strong commitment to grow with the company
Positive working attitude and being a good team player
Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
Good command of English (speaking, reading and writing)
Being Flexible and proven to be a fast learner
