Position: Internal Auditor

We‘re looking for capable candidates for the post of Internal Auditor for our shoe factories in Song May Industrial Zone (IZ), Trang Bom, Dong Nai; Xuan Loc IZ, Xuan Loc, Dong Nai; Dong Xuyen IZ, Vung Tau City and Chau Duc IZ, Chau Duc, Ba Ria Vung Tau. Details of job description, requirements and further welfares are described as below.

Job Description  

• Carry out internal audit for all operation business cycles including but not limit to Finance/ Accounting/ Purchase/ Labor/ Administration/ Sales/ Manufacturing, etc. to make sure them all compliance with Vietnam applicable laws and regulation, company regulations, BoD’s instruction.
• Set up annual audit plan
• Do other projects assigned by Superiors
• Report to Secretary of the Board, Vietnam Holding General Manager and Group functional head

Job Requirements

• BA degree in Economic, Law, Accounting, Finance is preferable.
• Having experience in FDIs is also preferable. Compliance/internal auditor/ factory environment working experience is a plus.
• Fluently in speaking & writing English, especially reporting skill. Chinese is an advantage
• Good communication and good organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High sense of responsibilities
• Dynamic, honesty and reliability

• Job level in company

: Director

• Working time

: 6 days a week. No claimable OT, not any deduction on absence

• Salary

: ranging from VND 15M~35M, follow company registered salary scheme. Salary is reviewed twice a year 

• Bonus

: Annual bonus (13^th month salary)

  Incentive bonus up to 2.5 months of salary/ time and 2 times per year

• Other

: Van supplied for employees from HCMC/Bien Hoa to Song May IZ; from Bien Hoa to Xuan Loc IZ.

• Training

: On job training by superior and outsource if needed

• Promotion

: Having the promotion chances in Holding office as well as in factory.
