Nearly 200 academic and administrative staff, including visiting lecturers at Lac Hong University (LHU), successfully completed the “AI Pedagogy – Applying AI in Teaching” training series, aimed at enhancing digital capabilities in higher education for sustainable development.

In the rapidly evolving global landscape of higher education, marked by digitalization and personalized learning, Lac Hong University (LHU) organized the "AI Pedagogy – Applying AI in Teaching" training across four key dates: June 18, 21, 25, and 28, 2025. Spearheaded by the Office of Testing and Quality Assurance, in collaboration with multiple departments and academic faculties, the initiative empowered participants to identify AI trends, integrate AI tools into lesson design, and apply ethical principles in educational technology.
Digital Transformation in Pedagogy
The comprehensive training course focused on developing effective prompt engineering writing skills, designing digital learning resources, and integrating AI into teaching-learning activities and assessment frameworks. It also provided crucial insights into ethical considerations and responsible technology use. The experienced panel of speakers included:

Post-training assessments revealed that over 95% of the academic staff who completed the course reported successfully integrating AI into their specialized subjects, leading to marked improvements in teaching effectiveness and student feedback. Support staff also efficiently applied AI in administrative and operational tasks. The insights gathered from post-training surveys are instrumental in refining future professional development plans.
