Higher Education Quality Assurance: Strengthening International Partnerships

On the morning of Friday, December 13, 2024, the Office of Educational Testing and Quality Assurance hosted a significant meeting with a delegation from Centro Escolar University (Philippines).

The meeting focused on exchanging experiences, sharing innovative approaches to education and research, and working towards enhancing the quality of education at both institutions.

Representatives from Lac Hong University, including Dr. Le Phuong Truong, Head of the Office of Education Testing and Quality Assurance, Dr. Nguyen Trong Anh, Vice Director of the Center for Scientific Research and Application, Mr. Hoang Tien Dung, Deputy Head of the Office of International Affairs.
                     

Dr. Le Phuong Truong, Head of the Office of Education Testing and Quality Assurance at Lac Hong University, presented the university's ongoing efforts to innovate teaching methods, build a modern learning environment, and develop effective quality assessment tools. Notably, Dr. Truong introduced in detail a quality assurance software developed by Lac Hong University, a valuable tool to ensure the quality of education.

Representatives from Centro Escolar University, including the Vice President of Campus Maketi, the Vice President of Campus Malolos, the Head of Office of Excellence in Teaching and Learning, and the Head of Office of Innovation Research, shared valuable experiences in building and developing high-quality training programs.

• Looking ahead, the session established a foundation for future collaborations, notably a short-term student exchange program. This initiative underscores both institutions’ dedication to fostering cross-border academic mobility and innovation.
   

The meeting took place in an open and friendly atmosphere, providing an opportunity for the two universities to deepen their understanding of each other, share valuable experiences, and seek opportunities for broader cooperation in the future.
