Talk Show "We, as faculties, change ourselves for a happy school"

Labor Union of LHU on October 22 held a talk show "We, as faculties, change ourselves for a happy school" on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of VietnamWomen's Union (October 20, 1930 - 2020) and launching the "Good at work, Responsible at home" Movement in 2020-2021. The event attracted the participation of more than 200 female faculties members and staff.

The talk show was attended by DSc. Le Thi Thu Huong - Chairwoman of Labor Union of LHU, Mr. Nguyen Trung Phuong - Secretary of the University Party Committee, Meriourios Teacher. Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan - Vice Secretary of the University Party Committee, Vice Rector, DSc. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector, MSc. Dang Dai Hung - Vice Chairman of Labor Union, MSc. Nguyen Ho Xuan Huong - Head of Women's Affairs Department, Dr. Le Thu Thuy - Head of Association of Female Intellectuals, Leaders of the units and the invited guest - Psychologist Dr. Nguyen Hoang Khac Hieu - Training Director from Young Lion Skills Training Center, Member of Central Executive Committee of Vietnam Association of Creative Workers.

At the event, Ms. Le Thi Thu Huong - Chairwoman of Labor Union of LHU reviewed the history and development of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - 2020). She emphasized the important role of women in all areas - active and creative at work, responsible at family life.

Secretary of  the University Party Committee Nguyen Trung Phuong congratulated and presented flowers to female officials, lecturers

On behalf of the Party Committee Executive Committee, Secretary Nguyen Trung Phuong sent congratulations and wishes to the female faculties and labors of LHU. He highly appreciated outstanding contributions made by female faculties members in educating people. He also hoped that women would continue to promote their roles and their efforts to contribute to the development of the University.

Psychologist Dr. Nguyen Hoang Khac Hieu shared the topic "We, as faculties, change ourselves for a happy school" with female lecturers and staff of LHU

Sharing at the event, Psychologist Dr. Nguyen Hoang Khac Hieu said that each teacher had a very special role in creating a happy environment, helping students have positive feelings that they were respected. He also considered mischievous and naughty students as VIP customers to help teachers promote their values. His meaningful sharings also helped female teachers relieve negative pressure and create joy and happiness for themselves.

Following the program, Head of Women's Affairs Department Nguyen Ho Xuan Huong has launched the movement "Good at work, Responsible at home", thereby arousing the spirit and potential value of the LHU female workforce.
