Workshop on Preventing Respiratory Diseases and Dengue Fever – For a Healthier Community

On June 16, 2025, Lac Hong University will host an online workshop on “Preventing Respiratory Diseases and Dengue Fever” via Zoom. This meaningful activity highlights the university’s commitment to community well-being, especially at a time when infectious diseases remain a major public concern.

The workshop will feature:

• * MPharm. Nguyen Thanh Tam – Lecturer, Faculty of Pharmacy, Lac Hong University
• * Mr. Nguyen Hong Quy (host) – Head of Health Team

The program is designed to raise awareness and provide essential healthcare knowledge to the community, focusing on:

• - How to recognize and prevent common respiratory illnesses
• - Effective measures to control and prevent dengue fever
• - Direct consultation and Q&A with medical experts

This event also reflects the Faculty of Pharmacy – Lac Hong University’s important role in connecting academic expertise with the healthcare needs of society. Beyond training future pharmacists, the faculty actively engages in community education, health promotion, and initiatives to improve quality of life.
