Specialized Talkshow in Logistics: Communication – The “Golden Weapon” to Conquer a High-Speed Industry

At 4:00 PM on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, in Room B203 of Lac Hong University, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting successfully organized a specialized talkshow in Logistics under the theme “Communication Skills in Logistics Operations.” This is one of the faculty’s annual programs, aimed at bridging academic knowledge and professional practice.

This year's talkshow featured Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, MBA – Vice President of the Dong Nai Import-Export Association, Vice Head of the Legal Advisory Club for Business Law, and Director of Viet A Law Firm – as the keynote speaker. With extensive experience in legal consultancy, import-export, and corporate advisory, Mr. Tuan delivered in-depth and practical insights into the crucial role of communication skills in the logistics sector – an industry characterized by rapid development and demanding precision and professionalism in every interaction.

The program focused on three core topics: problem-solving skills in logistics operations, the art of persuasion and building customer trust, and professional communication with partners, authorities, and international enterprises. Participating students not only expanded their knowledge base but also had the opportunity to engage in direct dialogue with the speaker, discussing common issues faced in real-world working environments.

The event was held in an engaging and dynamic atmosphere, providing practical value to students in shaping their career orientation, enhancing soft skills, and improving their competitiveness in the job market.
