[FFA] Workshop “Skills in Identifying Individual Clients and Selling for Bank Staff”

In order to strengthen the linkage between theoretical training and practical application, while equipping Finance and Banking students with essential skills for their future careers, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at Lac Hong University organized the workshop entitled “Skills in Identifying Individual Clients and Selling for Bank Staff.” The event took place at 8:00 a.m. on September 20, 2025, in Room I209, Campus 6, Lac Hong University.

The workshop featured two distinguished speakers from VietABank—senior managers with extensive practical experience in the banking sector. Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Ha, Director of VietABank Bien Hoa, and Mr. Le The Hung, Head of the Individual Customer Department at VietABank Dong Nai, directly shared key knowledge and competencies related to identifying, approaching, and servicing individual clients; effective sales techniques; and the cultivation of a professional image for bank staff in today’s competitive environment.

Through the presentations and interactive discussions, students not only acquired valuable practical knowledge but also had the opportunity to pose questions and engage in dialogue to better understand real-world scenarios encountered in banking operations. This occasion also allowed students to practice communication and client persuasion skills while accumulating professional experience from experts actively working in the banking industry.

The workshop “Skills in Identifying Individual Clients and Selling for Bank Staff” is expected to provide Finance and Banking students, as well as other interested participants, with a clearer understanding of job requirements, soft skills, and the necessary preparation to succeed in the banking sector. Moreover, the program contributes to strengthening the partnership between Lac Hong University and VietABank in training high-quality human resources to meet the increasingly demanding needs of the labor market.

With its practical content, experienced speakers, and dynamic format, the workshop promises to be a valuable opportunity for students to gain knowledge, enhance skills, and establish a solid foundation for future career development.
