Concluding the Final Round of the 3rd “Talented CEO Search” Competition – Spreading the Value of Sustainable Leadership

The Final Round of the 3rd “Talented CEO Search” Competition in 2025, under the theme “Young Leaders in Sustainable Development,” has officially concluded. The competition marked a meaningful milestone in the journey of identifying, nurturing, and developing leadership capacity among students. Organized by The Faculty of Administration International Economics, the competition is a representative academic activity aimed at linking training with management practice and enterprise demands.

Through well-structured competition rounds, contestants clearly demonstrated managerial thinking, leadership skills, decision-making ability, and the sense of responsibility expected of a leader in a constantly evolving business environment.

One of the key highlights of this year’s competition was the participation of the Panel of Judges from enterprises and startup advisory organizations. The Panel of Judges included:

• PhD Nguyen Van Tan, Member of the Dong Nai Provincial Innovation Startup Advisory Council, Co-Head of the Design Thinking Village, Dean of The Faculty of Administration International Economics

• Mr. Trinh Ngoc Thuan, Director of Thien Long Long Thanh Co., Ltd.

• Mr. Do Ba Hung, Director of Vietphat Group Company

• Mr. Dinh Cong Tuan, Director of Tay Nam Steel Company

• Mr. Ngo Tien Tho, Chief Executive Officer of Vicasa Company

• 

With practical management experience and multidimensional perspectives, the Panel of Judges provided objective evaluations and constructive feedback, while guiding contestants in approaching management issues in alignment with long-term efficiency, business ethics, and sustainable development.

Through this process, the competition not only selected outstanding individuals but also contributed to shaping responsible leadership thinking toward organizations, communities, and society, in pursuit of sustainable economic and social development.

After a fair evaluation process and the consolidation of scores from all rounds, the Organizing Committee respectfully announces the results of the Final Round of the 3rd “Talented CEO Search” Competition:

The 3rd “Talented CEO Search” Competition concluded successfully, contributing to the creation of an experiential learning environment that enables students to apply specialized knowledge to real management scenarios. At the same time, the competition reaffirmed the training orientation of The Faculty of Administration International Economics in developing management human resources with an integration mindset, leadership competence, and a commitment to sustainable development.

Although the competition has ended, the values of learning, experience, and career orientation will continue to accompany students on their journey to becoming future managers and leaders.
