LHU to work with Support Vietnam

In the morning of March 25, on behalf of the University Management Board, Vice Rector Lam Thanh Hien, M.A warmly welcomed and worked with a delegation from Support Vietnam (Long Duc Industrial Zone) led by Mr. Shinya Inouse – Specialist; Mr. Nguyen Huu Duc – Member of  Kansai Board – Management Board of Dong Nai provincial Industrial Zones. Receiving the delegation was also the presence of Dr. Huynh Trung Tam - Director of International Relations; Tran Dung, M.A - Director of Enterprise Relations and Student Support Center; Nguyen Huu Nghi, M.A - Vice Dean of Oriental Studies Faculty and some related teachers.

The aim of Shinya Inouse's working session with Lac Hong University is to wish to cooperate in human resources training and recruitment. The first step is to cooperate with the University to establish Japanese business culture training program for 200 senior students of engineering, technology, economics and language. The first course will be held from April to August, 2014. The program is set a target to help senior students who wish to work at Japanese businesses understand clearly about their culture as well as working styles. For Support Vietnam, this is a strategic step in seeking human resources in the long term for Japanese businesses.

After the training course is over, learners will be selected and offered positions or introduced directly for Japanese businesses in Long Duc Industrial Zone.

Speaking at the working session, Mr. Shinya Inouse spoke highly of students' acquirement and working skills as well as the advantageous location of Lac Hong University which facilitate the implementation of their long term projects.

Also, Mr. Nguyen Huu Duc added that in the coming time, the project DK (project between Dong Nai province and Kansai area in Japan) will certainly select LHU and one in Long Thanh - Nhon Trach district to implement the cooperation of human resources training in order to reinforce the contact between workforce and Japanese businesses.
