In early December, Mr. Onaka Shunichiro - Secretary General of MISF met and worked with Mr. Lam Thanh Hien - Permanent Vice Rector of LHU - Head of Mabuchi Fund Management Board at LHU to propose to change the "appearance" to strengthen and maintain the operation of the fund at the University.

Accordingly, LHU will actively manage the operation of the fund, including the implementation of fund-related operations, periodical reports, unexpected reports, generated reports sent to the MISF and to Dong Nai province. After this working session, the scale of the project will be expanded

From scholarship receiving candidates, the fund will spend 25 scholarships per year. In particular, students majored in Japanese language will be given priority for this program. Upcoming, to scale up the program, the number of scholarships per year will vary from 25 to 30.

Up to now, there are 23 students of Japanese language major joining in the fund, accounting for 32.39%. After 3 years, there are currently 71 students of 2015, 2016 and 2017 courses who receive support from this project, raising the fund to VND one billion and 400 million.

Now, at LHU, mentioning the Mabuchi Scholarship Fund is to mention the charity project that helps students realize their university dreams. The support for 4 years is equivalent to "0 VND" tuition fee during the course. After graduating one year and having stable jobs, students will plan to refund. The refund will continue to be given to the remaining students. The repayment time corresponds to the loan receiving time.

Leaders of the two sides jointly conveyed the message of cooperation

By the great meaning that students were lucky to benefit, it is also the motivation for them to make more effort in learning and transmitting the message "give to receive". Students are the factor, contributing to the survival of this project.
