Vietnam - Laos Friendship exchange program

On the morning of August 26 at the Golden Lotus Convention Center, representing LHU, Dr. Nguyen Tam Son - International Relations Specialist and three Laos students attended the Vietnam - Laos friendship exchange program organized by the Union of Friendship Organizations of Dong Nai province on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Vietnam and Laos diplomatic relations (Sept 5, 1962 - 2022) and 45 years of the Vietnam – Laos Treaty of Amity and Cooperation (July 18, 1977 – 2022). Vice Chairwoman of Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang and Mr. Vanhxay Xaysena, Deputy Consul General of the Lao People's Democratic Republic in HCM City attended the event.

At the talk, there was also the attendance of Provincial Party Committee members, delegates and more than 400 Vietnamese students and more than 60 Lao students studying at universities and colleges in the province.

During the talk, LHU students learned about the history of the close relationship and the precious comradeship between the two countries Vietnam - Laos. The participants also exchanged and enjoyed arts performances performed by Lao students and the Veterans Association of Dong Nai Province. Through the exchange program, the students were more proud of the great contributions that the Vietnamese Army and People have made to their country.
