LHU Laborer Conference 2023-2024: Solidarity and Determination

On November 2, 2023, LHU successfully organized the Conference of staff and employees for the academic year 2023-2024 with the participation of 132 delegates representing more than 500 staff and employees.

The conference saw the presence of Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan - Vice Secretary of Party Committee, Vice Rector; Members of the University Council; Mr. Dang Dai Hung - Chairman of Labor Union; Ms. Tran Thi Thien Thanh - Vice Chairwoman of Labor Union; Ms. Truong Le Bao Trinh - Secretary of Youth Union; Members of the Executive Committee of LHU Labor Union; Dean and Vice Deans of Faculties, Leaders of offices, centers and affiliated units; and representative delegates.

The Conference approved the summary report in the academic year 2022-2023 and emphasized the directions and tasks for the academic year 2023-2024.

At the event, before the witness of all delegates, Mr. Lam Thanh Hien -  Rector (representing employer) and Mr. Dang Dai Hung - Chairman of the LHU Labor Union (representing employees) signed the 2023-2024 Collective Labor Agreement. Also, to promote emulation movements, leaders of nearly 30 units were committed to well implement the 2023-2024 Emulation Covenant.

On the occasion, the University honored and awarded certificates of merit to excellent collectives and individuals for their outstanding achievements in emulation movements and activities such as the title "Good at work, Responsible at home", emulation titles of the Provincial People's Committee, LHU Labor Union.
