Two female students of Lac Hong University have successfully completed the CV review round to participate in the female engineering student workshop

     Recently, two female students of Control and Automation Engineering Technology from the Faculty of Mechatronics & Electronics, Lac Hong University, have successfully completed the CV review round to participate in the Female Engineering Student Workshop program of Intel Corporation. Intel Corporation is an American multinational corporation and technology company headquartered in Santa Clara, California, in Silicon Valley. They have 99,000 employees in 199 offices and production facilities globally, ranking 50th among the world's largest companies. Students Tran Thi My Ngoc and Bui Thi Diem from class 19TD111 were honored to obtained 2 tickets to experience great benefits from this program.

     Female Engineering Student Workshop – An orientation program, mentoring to develop soft skills, fueling the passion for female engineering students. This is a step to help students prepare a great amount of knowledge for their future careers. This program is for female students with nationality in Vietnam who are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-year university students in Engineering majors (Electrical-Electronic Engineering; Robots & Mechatronics; Mechanics; Automation & Control; Electronics and Telecommunication; Industrial Systems Engineering; Materials Engineering; Machinery, Manufacturing; Computer Science or Software Engineering, IT; Environmental Engineering, Chemical; or related industry groups) and Grade Point Average (GPA) of 6.5/10 or higher or equivalent.

     The two female students have excellent passed the CV review round of this program. It is hoped that in the next round they will conquer the Jury to fully obtain the benefits of the program.

     It is known that two female students also excellently won the EPICS (Engineering Project In Community Service) contest season 4 with a humane solution: Electric wheelchair products, technology to assist the elderly and the disabled.
