[FFA] Logistics and Supply Chain Management Students Confidently Seize Career Opportunities in Japan

On the morning of March 16, 2026, at the Logistics Practice Laboratory of Lac Hong University, ASKUL Logistics Company, in collaboration with Akane Co., Ltd. (Japan), organized a recruitment interview session for final-year students majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. The purpose of the event was to select potential candidates for employment opportunities in Japan. This activity represents one of the university’s notable industry–academic collaboration initiatives, contributing to the expansion of international career opportunities for its students.

The interview session was conducted in a professional, structured, yet open and engaging atmosphere, with the participation of numerous final-year students from the Logistics and Supply Chain Management program. In front of representatives from Japanese companies, students confidently demonstrated their professional knowledge, communication abilities, professional demeanor, and readiness to integrate into an international working environment. Many students made strong impressions on recruiters through direct discussions on topics such as supply chain management skills, logistics operational processes, and their future career orientations.

For the participating students, the event provided not only access to employment opportunities in the Japanese labor market but also a valuable opportunity to experience the recruitment procedures of international enterprises while still pursuing their studies. Through this activity, students were able to develop interview skills, improve their communication competencies, and gain a deeper understanding of the expectations and requirements of employers in the global logistics sector.

The fact that Japanese enterprises directly visited the university to conduct recruitment interviews also reflects the growing recognition of the quality and reputation of the Logistics and Supply Chain Management program at Lac Hong University by both domestic and international companies. With a training philosophy closely linked to practical industry needs, the university regularly organizes activities connecting students with businesses, including specialized seminars, industry visits, internship programs, and on-campus recruitment events.

Notably, the Logistics Practice Laboratory at Lac Hong University has been modernly equipped to simulate operational processes in logistics and supply chain management. This facility allows students to experience a practical working environment during their academic training. As a result, students are not only equipped with solid professional knowledge but also develop the essential professional skills required to meet the demands of both domestic and international labor markets.

Through cooperative programs with domestic and international enterprises—particularly Japanese companies—Lac Hong University continues to expand career opportunities for its students while reinforcing its educational orientation of practical training, international integration, and strong industry engagement.

Recruitment activities conducted directly on campus, such as the interview session organized by ASKUL Logistics and Akane, not only provide attractive employment opportunities for students but also showcase to prospective students and parents the dynamic, practice-oriented, and career-focused learning environment at Lac Hong University. This event also highlights the growing attractiveness of the Logistics and Supply Chain Management program, one of the academic fields currently experiencing high demand for human resources and offering significant career prospects in the context of global economic integration.
