Faculty of Mechatronics and Electronics launches Lac Hong Go Kart

Lac Hong Go Kart is a yearly organized competition for Automotive Engineering Technology majors and lovers. The competition is an opportunity for students to learn together, design ideas, apply the learned knowledge and combine theory and practice in designing vehicles.

This is a useful playground. The boys may become F1 drivers. This also creates great motivation and joy for the students majoring in Automotive Engineering Technology in particular and the Faculty of Mechatronics and Electronics in general. Joining Lac Hong Go Kart, students will not only apply their specialized knowledge in practice, but also equip themselves with soft skills such as time management skill, creative ability, problem-solving ability, teamwork skills,... Importantly, they work together, expand more relationships and are instructed by devoted lecturers.

The Lac Hong Go Kart aims at second-year students and above. Each team has a maximum of 15 members. Each team will be sponsored one engine. Teams will have to present their ideas to select the best ones to continue to receive funding.

The competition consists of 3 rounds: Design Ideas, Technical Inspection and the finale which will be held at 2K Racecourse in Binh Duong.

The attractive prizes of the Go Kart competition includes One First prize worth VND 7,000,000, One Second prize worth VND 5,000,000, Two Third prizes each worth VND 3,000,000, One Design Award worth VND 1,000,000 and One Media prize worth VND 3,000,000.
