Graduation ceremony for students, 17th and 18th intake

On July 9, 2022 LHU held a graduation ceremony for more than 400 new bachelors and engineers of the four Faculties: Information Technology, Mechatronics and Electronics, Oriental Studies and Administration - International Economics. The solemn and warm ceremony took place at the five-star Mira Central Park Hotel.

The graduation ceremony is a meaningful event, marking the journey of the new bachelors' and engineers' efforts to study and strive tirelessly for today's success, also marking an important milestone for the 17th and 18th class students.

Attending the graduation ceremony were DSc. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector of LHU; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan - Vice Rector, Deans and Vice Deans of the four Faculties; Representatives of Centers, Offices and Departments; academic staff; advisors; especially the presence of the 17th and 18th intake students with their families, relatives and friends.

Addressing the ceremony, DSc. Lam Thanh Hien praised and acknowledged the teaching staff's efforts and dedication of the four Faculties during their activities of training and supporting the students, which have contributed to the success of LHU and the students. 

Furthermore, he expressed his happiness and gratitude to the parents for consigning their children’s future to LHU and always accompanying, encouraging the graduates throughout their studies at LHU and future careers.

Finally, DSc. Lam Thanh Hien extended his congratulations to all the LHU’s new bachelors and engineers of the two intakes. He emphasized the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that teachers had given the students would be the three things they needed to improve for the rest of their life. Besides the degrees, the University was always ready to accompany them on the career journey ahead. To end his speech, DSc. Lam Thanh Hien sent his best wishes to all the graduates.

He also congratulated all the new graduates and shared a few emotional words "After today, all of you will enter "the school of life" and face a complex world without the support of teachers and parents. Remember to always focus on your future and keep your feet on the road, as long as you know where you want to go, and make sure you get the place you want to go. Always be a life-long learner and become filial children in the family, the pride of the school and good citizens of the society."

In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, the University praised, honored and awarded certificates of merit to 4 valedictorians of the four Faculties. The University also announced the Decision on accrediting and issuing diplomas for more than 400 Bachelor and Engineer students of Faculty of Information Technology, Faculty of Mechatronics and Electronics, Faculty of Oriental Studies and Faculty of Administration - International Economics.
