Cultural Fair 2023

On December 23 evening 2023, the Faculty of English Language, LHU organized a Cultural Fair themed "Winter Fest" for students inside and outside the University. The event took place in a cozy atmosphere of the Christmas season at Hera Coffee and Event. Not only for its festive atmosphere, the event creates an opportunity for students to confidently communicate in English, improve cultural knowledge and promote the image of the Faculty to everyone in Bien Hoa city.

The event saw the presence of leaders and lecturers of the Faculty of English Language, guests and nearly 200 inside and outside the Faculty as well as those who are interested in English and the culture of English-speaking countries.

Opening the program was quizzes with questions related to Christmas and festivals in other countries. The program also had the special participation of Mr. Oliver from the USA. Students were excited to answer questions through listening to his stories. And the most anticipated part by students was the King & Queen voting. The students early prepared from their costumes to their own dances for the festival. Lucky draws and a sweet tea break were then followed by this activity.

Unique performances 

“I don't remember how many times this is since I have participated in many activities organized by the Faculty such as clubs, seminars, cultural festivals, etc. I hope the Faculty will continue to hold activities like this. For me, this helps me improve my English communication, learn new knowledge and have fun with friends" - Phan Bui Tu Trinh, a second-year student shared.

The Faculty of English Language of LHU always strives for the career of growing people. More academic playgrounds are hoped to be held for students after school hours.
