Thematic activity on "Culture in the workplace"
Building communicative culture is not so easy. This is more important in pedagogical environment. In academic year 2010 - 2011, Rector of Lac Hong University has officially issued Lac Hong cultural Regulation in order to establish cultural beauty in communication at school.
For teaching staff and employees to understand this matter and also be equipped with more basic skills in communication, on January 14th , 2011, Lac Hong University’s Labor Union held a thematic activity on "Culture in the workplace” spoken by Psy. Dr. Huynh Van Son.
At the meeting, teachers of Lac Hong University had together learned about the basics in the school cultural regulation. The lessons of school culture in teaching, in dealing with colleagues, in communication and so on were enthusiastically shared by Dr. Huynh Van Son. In this special event, the teachers also directly discussed pedagogical situations provided by him. Though these, some specific and meaningful messages on behaviors in the pedagogical environment were sent to attendees.
Hopefully, after this activity, all of the teaching staff and employees will together make Lac Hong cultural environment exquisite and unique.
