The Chinese Language Department organizes field trips for students to visit businesses in Binh Duong.

With over 20 years of establishment and development, the Chinese Language Department, Lac Hong University has always taken the motto of “linking learning with doing” as the compass for training. On October 6th, 2023, the Chinese Language Department organized an activity for 4th year students to visit XINADDA METAL CO., LTD (Vietnam) at VSIP II Industrial Park, Binh Duong province.

During the company visit, students had the opportunity to listen to the leaders sharing about skills, organizational models of departments at XINADDA METAL CO., LTD (Vietnam), career opportunities, recruitment criteria that the company needs in a candidate, and very sincere sharing from the company's leadership about the working process. In addition, students toured the working area of the company's employees to further understand the corporate culture and work ethic. From there, students gained realistic perspective and prepared themselves well before starting their careers.

Also during the visit, the company's leadership gave a lot of praise and highly appreciated the Chinese proficiency of Lac Hong students. The company also expressed wish to cooperate in recruiting graduates from the department.

After the discussion was the part where students directly visited the company. From practical experiences, students gained a more general overview of how businesses operate. This visit not only helped students enhance knowledge and skills, but more importantly, students were able to form serious and professional attitudes at work to meet the requirements of today's labor market.

At the end of the visit, on behalf of the Chinese Language Department, Mr. Phan The Anh sent deep thanks to the company's leadership for facilitating conditions for students to visit and learn. The university also hopes to establish long-term cooperation ties with the company in the future.
