Factors affecting the efficiency of consumer loans at the Vietcombank - Dong Nai Province Branch

Abstract: This study investigated the influence of five key factors on consumer lending effectiveness: confidentiality, lending policy, interest rate, reliability, and responsiveness. The study’s analysis revealed that all five factors significantly impact lending outcomes. Based on these findings, some strategic recommendations were proposed to enhance consumer lending effectiveness at Vietcombank Dong Nai.
